How can I use the email address of my website's domain within Outlook?

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Go to File -> Info -> Add Account, enter your Email address, click Connect
  3. Choose the IMAP option (this will allow synchronisation of the mailbox between your different devices)
  4. Enter the password of your email account (if you forgot, contact the support)
  5. If Outlook was unable to configure your account, a window will appear, choose "Change Account Settings", else go to point 6.
  6. Set up the account with the following values:


Incoming mail

           

Outgoing mail

                

       Click Next to confirm



       Note: If you want to use the POP configuration, change the incoming mail port to 995
